Troy L. Rawlings has spent 25 years in professional comedy and radio — and 30+ years in entertainment.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland and now based in Los Angeles, his comedy is interactive, immediate and built around the audience.
He started in radio with Clear Channel in Baltimore in 2000, took the comedy stage professionally in 2001, and in 2004 turned a book tour with author YONDER into the Taboo Talk Tour. In 2016 he launched a weekday morning radio show in Los Angeles that grew into the Troy Rawlings Live and Meet The podcasts.
He has produced the NBC pilot The Troy Rawlings Show, produced the documentary Where Have All the Fathers Gone, and contributes to Sheen Magazine.
On stage, on air, in print and in the classroom, Troy brings the same thing everywhere: the truth, told funny.
